Six more persons succumbed to COVID-19 during the last 24 hours in Goa.

Out of the six deaths, five were reported at Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, and one at a private hospital in North Goa.

With these 6 fatalities, the death count linked to the dreaded infection rose to 531.

According to the mortality bulletin released by the GMC on Friday, a 71- year-old man from Calangute, a 60- year-old man from Borim, Ponda, a 73- year-old woman from Davorlim, Salcete, a 65-year-old woman from Canacona, a 72-year-old man from Velguem, Bicholim, and a 57-year-old woman from Peddem, Mapusa succumbed to the dreaded virus during  the last 24 hours in the state.
