Goa reported 247 new cases of Covid-19, 142 recoveries, and two mortalities taking the count of active cases to 2,179 on Monday. With the death of an 80-year-old woman from Savordem and a 70-year-old man, who was brought dead to the hospital, the toll climbed to 838.
